This NIU home has the most panoramic day area of all our plans. The living-dining room and kitchen share the same sweeping views, while maintaining their independence.

This is a two-story home that follows the classic distribution of day time areas on the first floor and night time areas on the upper floor. The main space of the first floor is organized around a central core that houses the services and communication to the second floor. FACADE

The facades of the houses are made of Solid Surface, a material with high resistance, durability, ease of repair and low maintenance.
